Join me on a year-long exploration of our miraculous design!
A unique opportunity for Alexander teachers, trainees, students….performers and others interested, to explore, better understand and embody our intricate and innate design. Underpinned by a combination of Alexander’s work, embryological development, Raymond Dart’s work, the teachings of Don Burton, and my own combination of experience and knowledge as a senior Alexander Teacher, we will journey through the body, from the earliest moment of embryological growth onwards…These sessions will involve a mix of embryological and anatomical stories, visualisations, practical Alexander-based work in stillness and in movement… with ‘hands-on’ work where possible.
An essential ingredient as part of any Alexander Technique training or study!
