Description
Five practical & creative zoom classes, further exploring how we can bring about powerful, directed change by connecting precisely to our own anatomy.
5 Wednesdays: 4.30-6.30pm GMT/ UK time
5.30pm CET, 8.30am Pacific, 10.30am Central, 11.30am Eastern
This new series is a wonderful follow-on from the ‘Anatomy of FM’s directions’ series (now available as recording), and will address areas often less considered when working to lengthen, widen and expand….The more precisely we are able to focus our attention within our physiology, the more deeply and easily we can enable release, both within ourselves and our pupils.
We will work practically and experientially with exciting anatomical information, movement, visualisation, palpation, hands-on self… and more.
Participate via zoom or via the workshop recordings.
