DoTerra essential oil of lemon is a real favourite of mine! I find it an invaluable help in keeping air fresh and bug-free – especially when diffused in my therapy room when working with clients. Its also my No.1 ‘wake-up’ and ‘pick me up’ at the start of each day. My winning recipe is to first make a bottle of DeAqua Hydrogen water and then add 2 drops of doTerra lemon oil and a few drops of Elete electrolyte solution…which leaves me with an instant and enjoyable feeling of being fully hydrated, ‘good-to-go’, alert, focussed and ready to start the day! (who needs coffee?)
