Come and explore the invaluable benefits of working on a pupil on prone!
We will address ‘the basics’ of how to release legs/ arms/ back and enhance primary control whilst working in a prone position, as outlined by Prof. Raymond Dart…and will experience how working in this way enables a powerful opening of the front of the torso and shoulders.
Practical hands-on work on the floor whilst lying in prone.
This is part of a series of 4 day workshops (numbered 1-4).
