This ingenious 7-week mental fitness program, is uniquely designed to help you succeed at making the changes you wish to make. It provides the vital ‘missing link’ to creating and sustaining long-lasting change, by building greater, positive ‘mental muscle’. Through working with your ‘inner Saboteurs’ (hinderers) and learning to transform these into your powerful inner ‘Sage’ (helper), you will learn new ways of relating to yourself, to those around you, and to the challenges you may encounter in life! *The Grow Program:
The ‘Grow’ program is a continuation of the 7-week mental fitness program, designed to help you continue deepening and developing this invaluable work, to ensure continuing change. App work is available 5 days weekly (rather than 4 days with the 7-week program) and provides an opportunity to focus on your next top Saboteur, as well as applying PQ to everyday situations, and also to a choice of themes (conflict/ stress/ relationships etc) ! ‘Grow’ is only available following participation in the 7-week program, and is purchased by the month, starting on 1st of any month.

*1-1 Coaching packages for Mental Fitness participants:
Making changes requires practice, so why not deepen your experience by adding some additional 1-1 coaching sessions?
Coaching packages available at discounted prices in ‘packages of 3 or 6+1 sessions.
1-1, tailor-made coaching sessions in-person or via Zoom
*Initial consultation, 90 mins: £120
*Subsequent sessions, 75-90 mins: £120
*Discounted 3-session package: 3 coaching sessions for £330 (saving: £30)
*Discounted 6+1 package: Pay for 6 coaching sessions and get a 7th for free: £720 (saving: £120)
Terms, conditions and cancellations:
A full 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for missed sessions, or full fee to be paid.
No refund for packages paid for and not completed except in exceptional circumstances.
