An opportunity to work creatively and in-depth with the Alexander Technique in relation to riding, to enhance mounted performance,
by ‘doing less to gain more’!
Stresses and tensions held in your body, are automatically transferred to your horse, leading to asymmetrical weight distribution, restrictions in movement,
mismatch of communication and un-clarity for the horse.
*Discover a greater sensitivity within yourself and with your horse,
through learning to release these interfering tensions.
*Experience increased freedom and ease physically, emotionally and energetically.
*Deepen your connection with your horse and improve his way of going, by enhancing yours!
This workshop will involve dis-mounted work (no need to have a horse!) that can be applied when working with your horse at home. Practical Alexander Technique-based release work, gentle movement/ stretching, simple embodied anatomy, talk-throughs, work lying on the floor work and mounted on a wooden horse (TBC)… insight, fun…and more…
All welcome, no previous Alexander experience needed!

Cancellations more than 3 months before (date TBC):
full refund minus booking fee.
Cancellations between 1 & 3 months before (date TBC):
50% refund minus booking fee.
Cancellations less than 1 month before (date TBC): no refund.
Bookings are transferable to another person of your choice at no additional fee at any time.

If the workshop does not run due to low numbers or other reason, a full refund will be issued.
